How long will it take to receive my Room In A Box?

     Projects are completed in approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you submit the questionnaire, room dimensions, photos, etc. The box is then shipped via standard mail to your doorstep. 

 

How will I know how much all of the furnishings will cost me? 

    Within the questionnaire we discuss budget and which tier of design you would like to fall under. Savvy, Fabulous, Luxe.

We make selections based on your budget request. 

What are the benefits of Room In A Box vs hiring a designer?

    As an interior designer myself, this option gives you not only an economical way to bring designer looks into your home without the hefty designer prices; It also gives you the flexibility to implement the design at your own pace. 

I'm afraid I won't like what you've selected.

    Our main goal is to design a space that you love. This is why the questionnaire and inspiration photos are so important. This is also the reason I design two concepts for each space. Feel free to mix and match or even substitute a piece if you find something you absolutely love. We are also pleased to accommodate changes up to a maximum of three specifications per room. 

Do you make the furniture purchases for me?

    This process gives the power at your fingertips. I give you the direction and resources to pull this room together and you run with it. This helps you save money for not paying a Designers hourly rate and also you are not uncharged on the furniture. 

What if I change my mind after I submit payment and all of my information? 

    I am sorry, we do not issue refunds after payment is received.However, within 24 hours of receiving payment if you would like to change rooms or apply your payment towards a gift card, I would be happy to accommodate your request.
